ConnectKIDS Team:
In this team, you will have the opportunity to invest in kids’ lives. We run a lively and fun program in a safe and wholesome way. The team positions are:
- Nursery Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher: In this class, you will serve children from 6 months-old to crawlers. (class not open yet.)
- Early Childhood Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher: In this class, you will serve and lead children who are walkers through kindergarten age through our planned Sunday program.
- Elementary Childhood Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher: In this class, you will serve children from 1st – 5th grade age. We have a dynamic service flow and program for each Sunday.
- Check-in and Hospitality: In this role, you will serve and assist parents/guardians as they arrive to check in their children.
First Impressions Team:
In this team, you will have the opportunity to make sure our environments are excellent, and that people are welcomed and cared for. The positions are:
- Setup and Pack Down: In this role, you will arrive early to setup, make sure everything is in place, and that our environments look and feel the best.
- Greeter: In this role, you will welcome and guide people as they arrive for service.
- Usher: In this role, you will welcome and show people to their seats in the auditorium.
- Church Merch: In this role, you will support the ministry by setting up and offering customer service at our merch table. 100% of the proceeds go to fund our local and foreign missions.
Logistics Team:
In this team, you will have the opportunity to make sure every team is equipped to serve the congregation. The positions are:
- Truck and Trailer: This role requires skilled drivers and driver assistants who can hitch and move our trailer at 7:15am on Sundays.
- Loading/Unloading, and Signage: In this role, you will unload our rolling cases and make sure they go to their appropriate locations, and you will place indoor and outdoor signage in their designated locations to guide people throughout the facility.
Live Production Team:
In this team, you will have the opportunity to do your part to make our sound, lights, and visual elements excellent each weekend. The positions are:
- Sound Engineer: In this role, you are responsible for sound setup and mix for in-person and online broadcast, and all things related to audio.
- Stage Hands: In this role, you will have a hands on presence in our service production, making sure everything runs smoothly, and having an attentive problem solving presence should needs arise.
- Lighting Operator: In this role, you will be responsible setup, programming, and operation of our lighting system.
- Service Producer: In this role, you will setup and run our video production switcher for online broadcast and recording, and you will direct the camera crew through transitions and service flow.
- Camera Operator: In this role, you will setup and run our moving cameras during service and make sure we capture the best images for those attending online.
- Pro-Presenter Operator: In this role, you will setup our main screen and run “Pro-Presenter”–our presentation software that runs lyrics, videos, and visual elements on screen and online.
Social Media Team:
In this team, you will have the opportunity to help reach people on Social Media by capture, creating, and posting engaging content. The positions are:
- Social Media Manager: In this role, you will manage ConnectCommunity’s social media presence.
- Content ‘Producer/Editor’: In this role, you will capture stills and videos and make them ready for Social Media.
Video Team:
In this team, you will have the opportunity to help create engaging videos and graphics. The positions are:
- Video Producer and Editor: In this role, you will capture and edit videos for our ConnectNEWS and other creative videos.
- Presenter: In this role, you will present in front of the camera, sharing content with the heart and spirit of ConnectCommunity.
